Shipping Policy
Shipping and delivery of items purchased via Perfect Parts EV is handled according to the policy of AUSTRALIA XUNWEI NEW ENERGY VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY SERVICE PTY LTD (“Xunwei Australia”). Orders may be placed via Perfect Parts EV and shipped to the nominated address or location.
- Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia may offer customers the option to select Standard or Express shipping where available on the website. Shipping fees are borne by the customer during purchase, but may be discounted or waived during promotional periods. Special shipping rates may apply for regular repeat customers.
- The customer must ensure the nominated delivery address can accommodate parking and reasonable access for delivery drivers, and can safely receive parcels at the specified location whether attended or unattended.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery information is correct, including address, contact phone number, email and any other required information.
- If incorrect information is provided, Xunwei Australia or Perfect Parts EV will attempt to contact the original purchaser to correct the details. If contact attempts go unanswered, Xunwei Australia or Perfect Parts EV reserves the right to cancel the order or refuse delivery.
- If loss or damage occurs during delivery as a result of incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the damages incurred.
- Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia recommend customers inspect received components and parts immediately after delivery. If the customer is unsatisfied with the received item(s), a 14-day contact period is reserved for correction by contacting Perfect Parts EV staff. Please refer to our Return / Refund Policy for more information.
- Perfect Parts EV and Xunwei Australia hold ultimate discretion on pursuing refunds and returns for item(s) reported as defective.
Authorised Leave Delivery Disclaimer
- If a customer gives permission to leave deliveries at a specified address unattended, Perfect Parts EV, Xunwei Australia and affiliated delivery service providers are authorised to leave the item(s) at the specified address. Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for theft or damage to the item(s).
- The customer may specify whether authority to leave applies to their delivery.
- The authorised leave policy applies during the order and delivery stage of the item(s). Permission may be granted at the time of order or delivery by the nominated contact person or business, including where an order is placed by a third party, family member or associate on behalf of another person, company or business.
