Return / Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products ordered from Perfect Parts EV. Shipping and deliveries are managed in accordance with Xunwei Australia procedures.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product, in writing by email to Perfect Parts EV.

1. For item(s) requiring return or refund, a written notice must be submitted with evidence of manufacturing damage, defects, or damage caused during delivery.
2. Customers may choose to have a replacement part sent to them, with shipping cost borne by the customer where applicable.
3. In the case of damaged or defective products, contact with photo evidence must be sent within 2 days of receiving the delivered item(s).
